Dr. Lidiya Zavalishina
Owner & General Dentist
Dr. Lidiya obtained her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from McGill University in Montreal. She then did a hospital based dental residency and got her Advanced Education in General Dentistry at the University of Connecticut, in the U.S.
Dr. Lidiya attended over 1000 hours of training courses and seminars in New York, California, Texas, Mexico, Canada and Germany. A lifelong learner and published researcher in the Journal of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Dr. Lidiya is constantly looking to bring new technologies and best practices to help her patients achieve their most radiant and healthy smile.
Dr. Maíra Knop
General Dentist
Dr. Maíra Knop is a general dentist with over a decade of clinical experience dedicated to creating healthy, harmonious smiles. She has also trained in Orthodontics from Brazil. After completing the National Dental Examining Board (NDEB) certification, she brings her orthodontic expertise and genuine care to help patients achieve confident, healthy smiles.
Her approach combines advanced biomechanics, Invisalign therapy, and early interceptive orthodontics to provide personalized treatment for patients of all ages. Guided by the myofunctional philosophy, Dr. Maíra believes every great smile begins with balance — uniting function, facial development, and well-being in perfect harmony.
Dr. Shali
General Dentist
Dr. Shali earned a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the Faculty of Dentistry at University College Cork in Ireland. Committed to excellence, Dr. Shali actively pursues continuing education to stay current with the latest advancements in all areas of dentistry.
She also serves as an occasional clinical instructor at the University of Toronto’s Faculty of Dentistry, sharing her expertise with future dental professionals. Her passion lies in promoting oral health as an essential part of overall wellness and delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.
Outside the clinic, Dr. Shali enjoys spending quality time with family and friends. She loves to travel and stays active through cycling, swimming, and playing badminton.
Arleta Zielinski
Registered Dental Hygienist
Arleta was born In Poland and studied there to become a Nurse. She then came to Toronto with her family and attended the Career Canada College to become a Dental Assistant. She really liked working in the dental field and pursued further studies as a Dental Hygienist at the Toronto Business College.
She has been working as a Registered Dental Hygienist for over 19 years. She has a keen interest in the Health Sciences and really enjoys her job. In her spare time, she loves to bake and spend time with her little dog Princess.
Janka Holvay
Registered Dental Hygienist
Janka was born in Slovakia. She studied Dental Hygiene at Charles University in Prague as well as George Brown University in Toronto. Because of her strong interest in the Health Sciences she pursued a Bachelors Degree in Science at the University of Toronto.
Janka has been working as a Registered Dental Hygienist for over 20 years and loves her job. She keeps learning about the health sciences and is also an enthusiastic dog lover.
